Association members & renters are all encouraged to volunteer! We can never have too many neighbors helping neighbors!!
CC&R Guidance
This committee and it's volunteer members are committed to helping all association members with being knowledgeable of the codes, covenants and rules of making Strawberry Heights their home. While many HOAs have a bad reputation for draconian rule enforcement, these committee members are committed to helping association members in need, even if that means mowing a lawn, or helping fix a fence.
Community Events & Engagement
This committee is charged with marketing and encouraging involvement within the neighborhood and in events (such as Halloween), association only events like a block party, community garden events, welcoming new association members when they move in and the like. These volunteers are the life blood of drawing our community together!
Community Services & Fire/Life Safety
Our Community Services & Fire/life safety committee is focused on keeping the community standards of the common areas. This includes the pathway, the old clubhouse lots, parking/unserviced vehicles, grant writing for community upgrades and maintenance, community beautification efforts as well as coordinating city services. Finally, this committee is responsible for looking for, identifying and recommending remedies for fire and life safety issues. With a well established community like ours, over time things will deteriorate, break down (like the perimeter fence), and need new eyes to see potential hazards before they become real ones.
