Community Development
Our Community was founded over 20 years ago! With that comes the opportunity to repair, replace, upgrade and beautify the common area of the association. Starting in late 2024, the association has been working diligently to complete projects that were left undone by the original developer as well bring upgrades to existing areas. It is an exciting time to live here in Strawberry Heights. If you would like to volunteer or be involved, please see our Committee page.

CC&R Guidance
As the Board of Directors and the Committees survey the neighborhood for needed improvements several items of note have emerged. While we will continue to work on common areas, which is an area of focus for the Community Services Committee, there are several Association Member lot related concerns. One of these concerns is the decorative lot lamps. Over the years, as the lamps have failed and with a lack of leadership to provide direction this unifying architectural design, these have really fallen by the way side. The Association has a responsibility to "keep the subdivision neat and attractive or to preserve or enhance the value of the properties therein." This an immediate eye sore and needs to be corrected. Generally speaking this is an association member direct expense, however, the HOA is looking into ways in which HOA funds can be used to lessen the expense to the association member. More information will be forthcoming.
